Job Summary The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily factory operations to ensure efficient production, high product quality, workplace safety, and optimal utilization of resources. The role involves planning and supervising production activities, managing factory personnel, monitoring operational performance, controlling production costs, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and safety standards. Qualification • BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Production Supervision, out of which minimum 4 years in Factory Manager position. • Experience in the plastic recycling industry is highly preferable.
