Position Summary Reports To: Marketing Manager / General Manager The Real Estate Supervisor will lead and coordinate the sales and marketing team, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. The successful candidate will support sales agents in closing deals, managing client relationships, negotiating property sales, and explaining payment and installment options to prospective buyers. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to drive sales growth and maintain high standards of customer service. Qualifications and Requirements Education • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. Work Experience • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Agent, or in a similar role within the real estate sector. • Strong understanding of the property market and real estate sales processes.
